Easy+Quarantine+Baking

You may be thinking to yourself, “I have to save all my ingredients because stores are running low” or “who knows how long this quarantine will last”, but what if I told you that everyone can bake on this quarantine budget that the world is facing? With this delicious 3-ingredient and 5-step recipe you can treat your family to a delicious surprise. And the best part? You already have these ingredients.

What you’ll need:

-1 egg

-1 cup of peanut butter

-1cup of white sugar

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Put all 3 ingredients in a bowl and hand mix until thoroughly combined. When you can mold the dough in your hands you’ve reached an appropriate consistency. If it’s too wet, add sugar.

3. Scoop out dough in a tray with cookie scoops or a spoon with approximately 1.5-3 inches in between cookies.

4. Using a fork, make a criss cross pattern of every cookie to flatten it out.

5. Set in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Let them sit when you take it out for 5 minutes and then serve!

Serve these warm with milk, in ice cream, make them into an ice cream sandwich, or even enjoy this cookie by itself. This sweet and salty treat is a recipe you won’t forget!
