Caseyrae Postal a concerned student.

Today, Monday November 26th the power went off school wide during passing time after second hour. The power outage left the halls and bathrooms pitch black for about 30 seconds. The snow storm was most likely the cause of the outage. Surrounding schools such as Howell, Brighton, and Fowlerville did not have school either because of an extended Thanksgiving Break or the weather conditions.

“I can’t believe the power went out and we are still at school. Everyone freaked out and started screaming, it was pitch black. I’m surprised no one got hurt. I’m also very shocked we are still at school,” sophomore CaseyRae Postal said.
