The JV Pirate’s Baseball team started the season as a team comprised mostly of freshmen. Many were skeptical as to how the season would turn out, but the team has been able to pull together and have been playing well – despite many players being moved around.

Last week, the team mercied the Lincoln Railsplitters in both games. The team had a game scheduled for Friday, May 4, but the game was cancelled due to the fields being flooded.

“Right now we are 10 wins, 7 losses, and 1 tie,” Coach Norris said.

The team takes on Gabriel Richard Ann Arbor on Thursday, May 10 at 4:00 and 6:00 at home.
